In the process of finishing the reorganization, we are pleased to inform that we have inked an investor agreement for our solar integration company.
We made the announcement earlier today that Yorkville and we had signed investment agreements. We anticipate that the agreements will allow us to finish the reorganization, get out of the self-administration procedures, and devote all of our attention to our B2B solar integration company.
With the agreement, we will be able to secure enough funding for our operations through at least the end of 2024, subject to a few terms being met.
It is now anticipated that the Yorkville investment will close and the bankruptcy process would end in late January 2024.
