 shirohi story Sirohi of Rajasthan was under the control of the Bombay government from January 5, 1949 until January 25, 1950. Only about a year later, on January 25, 1950, the former state underwent bifurcation with the Abu Road tehsil, with the Delwara tehsil portion being merged with Bombay and the rest with the state of Rajasthan. Currently, Sirohi district comprises five tehsils: Abrod, Sheoganj, Leodhar, Pindwara and Sirohi. Sirohi has many shrines and temples and has been called 'Devnagari' since ancient times. In ancient times, it was ruled by the 'Rulers of Chauhan Deora' and was therefore very popular for producing double-edged swords. The history of Sirohi has attracted many tourists from all over the world. The story about the evolution of the name Sirohi originates from the region where Sirohi exists. On the western slopes of this area is a hill called 'Siranwa', from which the name Sirohi was derived. 'Sir' is said to be the chief of the 'Lohi' desert. It is also said that the name derives from the word ``sword'' because this area was once ruled by many famous princes. Sirohi is still known throughout the country for the Sirohi Talwar (sword). Another story about names is “Sirohi = Sir + Uhi”. As the saying goes, "Even if you have to have your head removed, your self-respect will not be sacrificed." Earlier, Rajput rulers could die for their pride.

Maharao Sahib of Sirohi has been working with H.H. since 1998. She is the third daughter of Maharani Kumbava Saheb, H.H. Maharaja Jam Sahib Shri Digvijay Singh Ji Ranjit Singh Ji, a resident of Nawanagar, has a son, Maharaj Kumar Shri Indreshwar, who was educated at Rajkumar College, Rajkot. There is one Shinji Sahib. On April 27, 2002, he married Shri Yuvrani Aditi Kumari Sahiba, daughter of Shri Maharaja. Bhupendra Vijay Singh, a resident of Mokanpura, Kushalgarh. Maharao Raghuveer Singh (born 1943) was awarded the civilian Padma Shri by President Ram Nath Kovind of India for his contributions to the field of history. His main contribution is to highlight the fact that "in ancient times, India was at the forefront of all scientific, social and philosophical fields."
